The inspection revealed numerous legal violations. Four violations concerned the Foreign Employment Act, three the General Social Insurance Act, two fell under the Trade Regulation Act, and four under the Working Hours Act. Additionally, the officers identified two violations related to the cash register obligation and the issuance of receipts. Due to an immigration-related offense, the police were involved – a 26-year-old man from Kosovo was arrested.

The employers face fines ranging from 2,000 to 20,000 euros for employing four third-country nationals. Since all affected businesses had already been noted for illegal employment of foreigners, applications for the revocation of business licenses were also submitted.

During the inspections, a total of 12,866 euros in outstanding taxes were paid in cash on the spot.
